Use of the Responsiblegaming.com Web site
Access to the Site and the purchase of products ("Products") and
services ("Services") available through this Web site are subject to the
following terms and conditions. No further reproduction or distribution
of the Products or Services is permitted. By using Responsiblegaming.com,
the users ('Users" or "Buyers") agree to these terms and conditions. We
may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amendments
on this Web site. The amended terms shall automatically be effective 30
days after they are initially posted. This agreement was last amended
on September 20, 2006. The purpose of the Site is to allow Users to browse,
obtain information, shop for, and purchase Products and Services offered.
Some Services advertised may be rendered by outside sources and the User
agrees that Responsiblegaming.com will not be held liable for any circumstance
surrounding or resulting from the advertising of any Service on the Site.
In addition, no Product or Service information contained on the Site can
be reproduced without the written consent of the Company.
Responsiblegaming.com is committed to ensuring your privacy. For more
information on the privacy and security of the Site, please read our Privacy
and Security Information. All products are either shipped or otherwise
provided directly to the Buyer in the amount of time specified on the
Site or in a service agreement for each Product. The Buyer incurs all
shipping costs, if any, for products purchased on the Site, unless otherwise
specified. If shipping costs apply, the costs are displayed on the payment
screen and added to the purchase price of each Product. By completing
each purchase, the Buyer agrees to all shipping charges for that transaction.
For orders of multiple items with different availability, the Company
will "Ship as ordered items become available." This means that each Product
you order will be shipped as it becomes available. We will make every
attempt to not make any more shipments than necessary to help you save
on shipping costs. State and local sales tax will be charged to orders
in compliance with all applicable laws. The current rates of sales tax
will apply. Notice of any change related to sales tax will be given in
these Terms and Conditions.
For specific products and services, we normally do not accept purchase
orders from individual customers, only from corporate customers. All other
payments that are not made in real-time, online, will be invoiced to the
Buyer. For corporate customers that wish to order by purchase order, please
send an e-mail including your company name, a contact name and contact
phone number to Webmaster@Responsiblegaming.com and tell us what you would like to order. We will contact you via telephone
and process the order.
All returns of shipped items must be made within 30 days of receipt or
as otherwise provided in a service agreement. Instructions for returns
are included inside each package shipped. Simply return the item in its
original condition to the address given for a full refund of the purchase
price. All charges for returns are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT,
LOST REVENUE OR PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, EVEN IF RESPONSIBLEGAMING.COM AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

of this Site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without
the express written consent of Responsiblegaming.com, which reserves all

Responsiblegaming.com or their respective owners, and are protected by
U.S. and international patent, copyright, and trademark laws. Any use
of any of the marks appearing throughout the Services without the express
written consent of Responsiblegaming.com or the owner of the mark, as
appropriate, is strictly prohibited.
Responsiblegaming.com will respond appropriately to claims of intellectual
property infringement. We will promptly process and investigate notices
of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital
